PRAYER STARTER
Each Day you will be given a prayer starter. This is designed to help you begin your daily prayer to God.
Day 1
Read: John 1:14
Prayer starter: COMMITMENT
Jesus is God. As you begin to pray make a commitment to serve Him as your God.
Day 2
Read: John 10:22-42
Prayer starter: Intercession
There are many people who refuse to accept Jesus as God As you begin to pray focus on someone you know who refuses to accept Jesus and pray that they will see the light.
Day 3
Read: John 20:24-31
Prayer starter: Confession
Thomas had doubts about the resurrection of Jesus. As you begin to pray confess to God your doubts and ask for assurance.
Day 4
Read: Philippians 2:5-11
Prayer starter: Praise
Every knee will bow before Jesus and every tongue will confess He is Lord. As you begin to pray give Jesus the praise He deserves.
Day 5
Read: Colossians 1:9-23
Prayer starter: Thanksgiving
Through Jesus we have forgiveness and reconciliation. As you begin to pray thank God for everything that Jesus has given you.
Day 6
Read: Hebrews 1:1-14
Prayer starter: Petition
God chose to speak to us through His Son. As you begin to pray ask God to reveal more about Jesus to you as you study His Word.
