Meet the Staff

Dan McGee   In January 1995 Dan McGee became the pastor at Glenview. This was a true homecoming as Pastor Dan grew up in Independence. A graduate of Truman High School, he attended Central Baptist College in Conway Arkansas where he earned a BA in Biblical Studies and a MA in Pastoral Studies. He pastored 2 churches in Arkansas before he returned to his hometown. He is joined in this ministry by his wife, Leah, and their 2 children, Zachary and Rachel.   Doug Dickerson Doug Dickerson is the Youth Director at Glenview. Doug grew up in Independence. He rededicated his life to Christ in November 1998. Doug and his wife Cindy along with their children Kimberleigh and Brandon have ministered here since April 2005. He also graduated from Truman High School in 1982. Doug loves the Lord and has dedicated his life to God and to the church. He is very active in the church, he is a member of the Adult drama team and he leads the puppet ministry, the teen drama team, children's worship and the God squad teens.
